Tuolumne Area Streams - July 29 - Aug 2, 2018 (Sun-Thu) Skill level - beginner to intermediate. Group camp at Saddlebag Lake Campground. Fishmaster - Dan Zimmerlin.

Here is the Fishout Sheet.

This is our traditional Tuolumne Meadows trip, but we were only able to obtain camp sites at Saddlebag Lake, which is quite attractive in its own way, and hardly any further from  the streams.

High Sierra fishing. Streams in the area include the west slope Upper Tuolumne River and its Dana and Lyell Fork tributaries, and the east slope Mine and Lee Vining Creeks. There are a number of accessible dammed lakes and many natural high mountain lakes for those willing to hike.

GPFF strongly encourages car pooling. Contact Dan to coordinate rides, or, more generally, if you have questions.  The group camp allows parking for only 10 cars.  These spaces will be allotted first to cars with 3 occupants, then 2, then 1.  There is overflow parking at a modest distance if we exceed the 10 car limit.

Tight Lines!
